What I collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, the time you signed up, the wording you agreed to, and where you came from (the page that linked you and any campaign tags in the link). I also store your country as reported by Cloudflare, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to stop spam signups. I don't keep your IP address itself.

What I use it for

To email you when early access opens, and to send occasional filedge updates. The "where you came from" details tell me which posts bring people in. I don't sell or rent your details, and I don't use them for advertising.

Where it's stored

The list is stored on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), and emails are sent through Resend. Both are US companies, so your email address may be stored or processed outside Australia.

Unsubscribing and deleting your details

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To have your details deleted entirely, or to see what I hold about you, email [email protected] and I'll do it within 30 days.

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking cookies. Your browser keeps any campaign tags from the link for the current visit only, so they can be attached to your signup.
